CANCELLATION POLICY

CONSULTATION AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT POLICY At Precision Design Group, consultations are designed to ensure that we fully understand each client’s vision, brand positioning, and project goals before moving forward with any design work. Our consultation process allows both our team and the client to determine the most effective direction for the project while ensuring that expectations, timelines, and budgets are clearly aligned. To maintain an organized schedule and respect the time of both our clients and our team, we ask that any consultation cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Free consultations may be canceled at any time without penalty. However, for Brand Development Consultations, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the consultation deposit. The $25 consultation fee associated with Brand Development Consultations serves as a commitment to the scheduled session and the preparation involved on our end. Should you decide to move forward with a project with Precision Design Group following the consultation, the $25 fee will be credited toward the total cost of your project. If you choose not to proceed with a project after the consultation, the $25 consultation fee will remain non-refundable, as it covers the time spent reviewing your brand, preparing recommendations, and conducting the consultation. The purpose of the Brand Development Consultation is to provide a structured conversation that helps define the foundation of your brand and identify the most effective design strategy moving forward. During this consultation, the following topics will typically be discussed: A formal introduction to you and your brand, including your company’s background and current stage of development A discussion of your brand’s current needs, goals, and any challenges you may be facing Professional recommendations and insights from our design team based on the information provided An overview of available brand development packages and services offered by Precision Design Group A discussion of your project budget to ensure alignment with the scope of work A preliminary timeline outlining potential next steps and project milestones This consultation allows Precision Design Group to better understand your vision while providing you with a clear understanding of how our team can help bring your brand
